What’s Great Right Now
The farm has been rather frosty and cold this week but there are signs that spring could be on its way as snowdrops are starting to appear. We will soon have Forced Rhubarb - excellent pink sticks of rhubarb forced to grow by candlelight, Horseradish – with it’s beautiful white roots, Bunched Baby Cheltenham, Chioggia and Regular Beetroots.
