Gregg has been supplying fruit and veg to restaurants since 1989, originally with George Allan’s and more recently with Secrett’s Direct. His media career kicked off with Veg Talk on Radio 4 and he is currently co-presenter of the BBC’s Masterchef series. He is the author of two cookery books – The Cook’s Year and Veg: The Greengrocer’s Cookbook.
Prior to joining up with Gregg to start Secrett’s Direct, Vernon owned and managed Cucina, a modern European restaurant in Hampstead.
Annabel has been working in the restaurant business since 1990, having previously managed Conran’s Bluebird and John Torode’s Smiths of Smithfield. Alongside Wallace and Co, Annabel runs her own very successful outside catering Business – Green Fig Ltd.
Antonio joined us in October 2011. Prior to this ran the family business before managing Brasserie James and various sites for the Individual Restaurant Group.
Jono joined the Wallace and Co team in April 2013 having previously worked at John Torodes Smiths of Smithfield, Ziloufs and most recently The Riding House.
Sam joined the Wallace and Co family in 2011 having previously worked at D&D restaurants and more recently as Head Chef of Brasserie James.
